I buy a lot of car parts and compare GSF and Euro Car Parts for the best prices. So today I check the prices and availability for my area. Euro Car Parts have everything available and their website is quick and easy to navigate. GSF? What a disaster.I put the registration number in and select oil filter. I choose the Mann filter and then wait for more than 30 seconds while GSF decides it is available or not. Finally I can put it in the basket.Then I want some antifreeze and make a choice. The 'loading bar' runs and runs and runs for more than a minute with the box in the bottom left of the screen telling me we are waiting for GSF. Now I want some brake fluid so navigate to the menu and select brake fluid. Nothing happens and the screen goes back to antifreeze. I try again and just the same. As I am not in a rush I try yet again. The loading bar runs and runs as before taking almost 1 minute to let me see the brake fluid options. Finally I get there.I go to my basket to check out. I have to enter my postcode for click and collect which I do. Then unbelievably, after all this time, the antifreeze and brake fluid are out of stock at my 2 nearest branches.So, no guesses what I do next. I go to Euro Car Parts and order all the parts which are available at the 5 nearest branches. I have had lots of problems with the GSF website in the past and brought this to the attention of the staff when collecting. In every case the staff have been completely uninterested. Well, GSF, I am uninterested in using you again.

I arrived to pick up my click & collect order but had to wait whilst two employees ignored me for several minutes continued to look at their screens, answer phones and chat. Eventually I was served and collected item. My advice to staff there is to at least say "we won't keep you a moment"

My order that I placed the night before collection was sold before I got there,having travelled 16 miles I had to wait one and a half hours for a delivery from Colchester. I returned to the shop where a member of staff was swearing his head off at the computer he was sitting at while another member was on the phone,I was left standing for rather a long time before being spoken to about my presence in the shop. So my 1st visit to gsf will probably be my last

I had a car battery reserved and went to collect at GSF Heathrow branch. I arrived at 13.45 (15 minutes before closing hours). The door was locked so I could not go inside. There was a sign-up on the window saying if the door is locked please be patient one of our staff will be with you shortly. So i waited for 15 minutes and one of the staff came out and said we are closed. I explained to him I have been waiting for 15 minutes before the closing hours. Their staff had a very bad attitude, his name was Aslem Baloch and i asked him for a supervisor which he refused and said that there is no one available and he doesn't care and shut and locked the door on me. I was really shocked with their stinking attitude and without any care for their customers and I will never shop there again and will also share my experience with others.

Long delivery time and live chat is not live and they do not reply to your messages

Brilliant service, contacted local office prior to ordering parts. No where else stocked the parts I needed, was told that the parts were main dealer only parts. Not he case thanks GSF.Will use again, will recommend to all others.Massive thank you.

Website is easy to navigate and the right part can be quickly found. Free standard delivery (when spending over £25) which is great and didn’t have to wait long for my items to arrive.Overall, a great experience from start to finish.

Have dealt with Badshot Lea branch for some years, always been very helpful and convenient, friendly staff. Could do with better premises

I had to wait 30 minutes in order to collect my items. It was only one person at the counter.

Never had a problem with GSF, correct parts supplied quickly. But this time not only did they send the wrong pads and discs for my car, 3 days after requesting a return I'm still waiting for a response... any response. Disappointed to say the least.

Fast delivery. Would of liked to receive an email with the delivery and tracking details

I've purchased lots of parts through GSF and haven't been disappointed. Their customer service is always great, parts are reasonably priced and from my experience, have never had bad parts.Occasionally I'll get given the wrong parts in an order, but they've always been quick to correct this hassle free.
